From the stunning landscapes of Scotland, which can be found by browsing the archives in the library, to artistic images from the UK and beyond, which are featured in the gallery, his photography conveys the drama, beauty and atmosphere of his chosen locations. Neil has always had a passion and flare for his art, specialising in landscape and pictorial photography, and turned professional in 1998, starting "clanphoto" in 2000. He gained acceptance to the British Institute of Professional Photography in November 2001. Based in Edinburgh, Scotland, he now illustrates travel features, along with undertaking commercial work, portraiture, and weddings or other functions. He is readily available for commissions, with distance being no object.
