The
End Place - a new conversion of a 200
year-old building
|
The End Place self-catering holiday
cottage is a recent conversion of the former
wheelwright's workshop in the Scottish Lowland
farming village of Hermiston, half a mile from
the city of Edinburgh boundary. Close to all the
amenities of the capital city, it enjoys a
peaceful rural setting. It was completed to a
very high standard in May 2004. A pictorial
history of the reconstruction can be seen here.
